This terms and conditions aims for the online-shop and selling of the corporation Jowali Shopping to the actually terms you will see now.

CONTRACT

When you place an order to purchase a product from Jowali Shopping, we will send you an e-mail confirming receipt of your order and containing the details of your order. Your order represents an offer to us to purchase a product which is accepted by us when we send e-mail confirmation to. That acceptance will be complete at the time we send the Confirmation E-mail to you. If a product is not available at the moment, we will send an E-mail to you, that the product could not be delivered yet and we will deliver it later.

PRICES AND AVAILABILITY

We list availability information for products sold by us on the website, including on each product information page. Beyond what we say on that page or otherwise on the website, we cannot be more specific about availability. Please note that dispatch estimates are just that. They are no guaranteed dispatch times. As we process your order, we will inform you by e-mail if any products you order turn out to be unavailable.

TERMS OF SHIPPING

The terms of shipping are taken from you, when you order. The shipping way and shipping price could be taken directly at the order.

TERMS OF PAYMENT

If there is no other contract between you and us, every invoice must be paid directly after the order. Payments must be done to the bank account at the invoice without any drawback. Credit cards will be charged at the day before shipping.

RETENTION OF TITLE

All goods will be at our ownership, till they are totally paid.

WARRANTY AND LIABILITY

Defective goods must be sent back to Jowali Shopping. If it is impossible to send it back, please, send a digital photo that shows the goods defect. We commit to send a new product without any charging.
